We are now back in San Diego. After being away for 4 1/2 months there has been a bit of an adjustment process. We have kept ourselves busy busy busy and life is good. Clinton is having an event at the Marina this week so Aidan and I went to go visit him and had the best day. I just took time to be in the moment, let Aidan do what Aidan does and enjoy every second. There was beauty everywhere I looked- from the smell of the salt air, beautiful flowers, to the sounds of the sailboats and Sea Lions. We spent the afternoon digging in the dirt with a fork, playing in mud puddles, climbing trees, looking at ants, chasing seagulls, eating ice cream, etc... Life is just so precious and I wanted to take the time to REALLY enjoy and appreciate every second of it!

Later that evening...... Enjoying some ice cold watermelon after a swim in the pool! Ah... life doesn't get much better.
