Lil Pumpkin Big Pumpkin!

Well we are STILL waiting to here from the realtor. The listing realtor apparently has had back to back appointments and has not had time to review our application. I REALLY hope we get this house. It is in the PERFECT location! Obviously we are not moving today. However, our realtor said we should hear something today at the very latest. That means we would pack up today and move tomorrow. If we are going to move it HAS to be done by Thursday at the latest or it won't happen until December due to Clinton's packed schedule. Anyway, we decided not to waste yesterday and made our way to the Pumpkin Patch! I love Bates Nut Farm. We went there 2 years ago and I think it is the best Pumpkin Patch around as it is a real working farm. Last time we went they had music, vendors, face painting, etc... This year it was a little more low key due to it being so early in the season but also less crowded. They had antique machines of all kinds there this time and Aidan LOVED that part. It was extemely hot ( 101 degrees) so we didn't stay as long as we would had it been a little cooler. However, we were there long enough to check out the machines, feed the animals, go in the pumpkin patch, and enjoy some ice cream. I think the only thing we missed out on was the hayride. Next weekend they are having artists and the official "pumpkin festival" so I may take Aidan back there. I just LOVE all things fall!!!

Here are some pics from yesterday. For fun I have added some from '08 when Aidan was only 14 months old.
