My baby is sleeping in his own room!

I finally bit the bullet yesterday and we moved Aidan into his own room. Clinton and I spent the evening rearranging furniture and he spent last night in his own room. For some reason this made me very sad and I had a hard time dealing with it. I guess it feels like it is the first step of him leaving us. First his own room, then kindergarten, then high school, and the next thing I know he will be off to college. I guess that is just part of growing up. I loved the comfort of knowing that he was right there at the foot of our bed at night.

He did really well sleeping in his own room and it did not seem to phase him. He is still not sleeping through the night. He went through a 2 week period where he would go to sleep at 10:00 and sleep until 5:00 when he would wake up to eat. I thought this was pretty good and considered it " sleeping through the night". However the past week he has been going to bed at 10:00 and getting up at 2:oo to eat and then again around 6:00. I guess maybe he is going through a growth spurt and I have at least a few more weeks of walking up and down the stairs in the middle of the night.

Eventhough Aidan learned to roll from his back to his belly a few weeks before Christmas he has just mastered the skill of rolling from his belly to his back. He is now a pro at it and is rolling all around the living room!

Aidan now has 2 teeth! Wow how did that happen? Here are a few attempts at getting a picture of his 2 pearly whites and a few other random pictures from the past couple of days.
You can barely see his 2 little teeth. They are not fully in yet.

This is how Annabelle eats when we go to my favorite restaurant "The Cliffs", in a chair eating her personally served dog food on china!

These 2 pictures are why I just love eating at the Cliffs. Always a breathtaking view!

Finally, my first care package that I am sending my soldier in Iraq.
